INDUSTRIAL ASSET PROTECTION

Coating Condition Assessments

Field observations and scope-development support before maintenance coating work.

Practical planning for demanding assets

Dominant Service & Supply plans each project around substrate condition, exposure, specified coating system, access, schedule and inspection requirements. Common assets and scope elements include coating breakdown, rusting, access constraints, contamination, geometry and repair boundaries.

What the execution plan considers

Important variables include clear scope definition, representative photographs, quantities and practical repair priorities. Surface preparation and application requirements are confirmed against the project specification and current product data before work begins.

  • Existing coating and substrate condition
  • Required surface cleanliness and profile
  • Edges, welds, bolts, crevices and difficult geometry
  • Ambient conditions, ventilation and cure windows
  • Primer, intermediate coat and topcoat compatibility
  • Dry-film-thickness checks and project documentation

Shop, field or combined execution

When size and logistics allow, assets can be processed in our Harvey coating facility. Installed assets and facility work can be addressed through field mobilization. Large programs may use both approaches to protect schedule and quality.

Serving the Gulf Coast

We support industrial and municipal work across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Gulf Coast.
